Raul Midon
Midon, an acclaimed American musician, will hold two concerts at Baekam Art Hall, March 5-6. Known for his strong voice and funky guitar strumming skills, Midon is considered one of the most underrated musicians today.
Midon, who is blind, started his career as a backup singer for Latin stars such as Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera and Ricky Martin.
His 2005 album ``A State of Mind'' earned rave reviews for its eclectic mix of R&B, blues, Latin and jazz. Midon made his television debut, with an electrifying performance of ``A State of Mind'' on the ``The Late Show with David Letterman'' in 2005. His follow-up album, ``A World Within A World," was released last year.
